BEFORE YOU START
Preheat to 200°C · 392°F
METHOD
STEP 1
Stir the dried yeast through the water until dissolved. Mix the whole flour and salt in a bowl and make a dimple in the middle. Pour the yeast mixture and the olive oil here. Work the flower with your fingers through the liquid and knead briefly until everything is mixed. Then pour the dough on your counter and knead 5 minutes to a coherent dough. Make it a ball and put in the bowl. Cover and leave 1 Hour rise.
STEP 2
Preheat the oven 200 degrees and coated a baking tin with baking paper. Stuff your work surface with whole grain flour and put the bulb on it. Knead again and then roll out with a rolling pin into a rectangle (approximately, does not listen so closely) of about half a cm thick. Cut there (approximately) 16 Candy bars. Roll each bar a spiral with your fingers and place on the baking paper.
STEP 3
Beat the egg and brush every soup stalk lightly with a brush. Sprinkle some of the soup sticks with toppings of your choice and also leave some natural. Bake them 15 minutes in the preheated oven and then let cool. You can store them in an airtight package or in aluminium foil for a few days. But they'll never last that long back home.
