Cherries
Have you guys ever made a cherry clafoutis? This fried dessert is traditionally made with sweet cherries and is so made. Highly recommended!

BEFORE YOU START
Preheat to 175°C · 347°F
METHOD
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease into a (closed) quiche shape.
STEP 2
Beat the eggs loose with the bastard sugar. Strain the flour and baking powder above and mix with the salt and vanilla extract. Finally, the milk is added. Knock on until you have a mixture without lumps.
STEP 3
Divide the grapes over the quiche shape and pour the batter. Divide the grapes with your fingers even more evenly. Bake the clafoutis 30 minutes in a closed oven (do not open in between). Then let the clafoutis cool down. Serve lukewarm and pollinate just before with icing sugar.
