BEFORE YOU START
Preheat to 175°C · 347°F
Prepare Springform pan
METHOD
STEP 1
Strain the flour with rye flour, speculaas, ground anise seed, baking powder and salt above a bowl.
STEP 2
Mix the syrup, honey and 80ml of water in a saucepan and heat it on low heat. When the net starts cooking, turn off the fire. Then pour with the flour mixture and stir with a pollen spoon. Watch out, the poachers are incredibly hot. Let's cool down before you let your kid get close.
STEP 3
After it has cooled to lukewarm kneaded it by hand to form a hanging dough. Preheat the oven 175 degrees and coated a baking tin or large springform tin with baking paper. Roll balls of the dough of approximately 2Inches. Press them all around and put the pepper nuts next to each other on the baking tin. Brush the top lightly with water and then bake them 20 minutes cooked and golden brown. Let cool and separate them. Then keep them in an airtight drum.
STEP 4
But since they're so good, I'm sure you won't keep them for long.
