BEFORE YOU START
Preheat to 170°C · 338°F
Prepare high edge rectangular or 26 cm diameter cake tin
METHOD
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
STEP 2
Put the chocolate in a bowl and warm over a pan with boiling water (the water should not touch the bowl). Turn out the fire when the chocolate is completely melted. Let something cool.
STEP 3
Beat the butter together with 250 grams of sugar to a light mixture and add one for a 3 eggs. Stir the, slightly cooled, melted chocolate through and then spat the flower lightly through.
STEP 4
Create 3/4 of this mixture in a coated or well greased baking mould. Fill the shape to about half.
STEP 5
Beat in another bowl the cream cheese with the rest of the sugar, eggs and vanilla aroma smooth and spread on the chocolate mixture in the baking form. Do not fill the shapes completely, until just below the edge is good.
STEP 6
Apply small shovels (do this with a teaspoon) of the remaining chocolate mixture to the cream cheese mixture and work loosely with a fork to create a marble pattern. Press in half strawberries and fry for about 40-45 minutes in the middle of the oven.
STEP 7
The whole will rise slightly and perhaps just over the shape. Leave the oven closed until baking time is over, otherwise it will collapse.
STEP 8
Let it cool for an hour on the sink. Your baking shrinks something that makes it easy to remove from the shape.
STEP 9
Tip: You can make this on a large plate with raised edge and after cooling cubes of cutting. But of course, as I did, this can also be baked in a cake or quiche form. It'll look a little more cozy.
STEP 10
Tip: It's kind of a big recipe, so you might have some leftover. After cooling you can pack pieces of cake in household foil and keep in the freezer for up to a month! Get it a few hours before you eat it out of the freezer and enjoy it!
STEP 11
Variation tip: You can add 5 tablespoons of grated coconut to the brownie mixture. This gives a nice tropical touch. In addition, you can vary endlessly with different types of fruit (raspberries/berries/grapes).
STEP 12
I have the original recipe from the cookbook 'Delicious, the Bakboek!' and has been adapted to my taste and presentation.
STEP 13
