METHOD
STEP 1
Stir the flour and yeast in a bowl. Add the milk and butter and mix into a dough in your stand mixer or with a mixer with dough hooks. Add the sugar and salt and mix. Knock 1 Remove egg and mix it. You can also knead the dough by hand, pull here for at least a minute or 10 For out. Because if your dough isn't well-kneaded, then it won't rise well. When your dough is ready, cover the bowl and leave it 1 hours rise to room temperature.
STEP 2
After the hour you pour the dough onto a slightly greased work surface. Make it a thick rod and divide it in 8 equal parts. You fold each piece into a ball and you put it on the surface. Make a bowl of your hand and put it over the sphere. Then you're gonna spin around with your hand so they're gonna roll right up. If you do it right, you can see a hole in the orb at the bottom. Peel the bulbs again with your palm (otherwise the rolls will become too high).
STEP 3
If the dough shoots up a little more, you're gonna shoot them again. Cover a large baking tin with baking paper and place the bulbs with spaces of a few centimeters in between. Cover the spheres with a cloth and leave them still 1-1,5 hours until they have doubled in volume.
STEP 4
Heat your oven a quarter of an hour in advance 225 degrees. Beat off your other egg and lightly lubricate the bulbs. Then sprinkle them with the sesame seeds. Put the baking tin in the oven and fry the hamburger rolls 15 minutes until they have become golden brown. Then let the rolls cool on a wire rack.
STEP 5
Use the sandwiches for your homemade burgers. Cut them in half and lubricate the inside slightly with oil. Grill them briefly afterwards and your hamburger rolls are ready for all burger goodness! You can also store the sandwiches briefly in a closed bag or freeze them immediately after cooling.
