Orabake laden…

BEFORE YOU START
Preheat to 160°C · 320°F
METHOD
STEP 1
Place a refractory dish on a pan with boiling water and mix the butter and pieces of chocolate in it. Make sure the bowl doesn't hit the water. Melt the butter and chocolate au bain-marie while stirring occasionally. Then remove the bowl and let cool to room temperature.
STEP 2
Preheat the oven 160 degrees and grease a brownie can.
STEP 3
Mix the bastard sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat about 5 minutes with the stand mixer or hand mixer until you get a creamy whole that is thickening something. Then gently pour the cooled chocolate mixture with a spatula until everything is well mixed. Strain the flour and cocoa powder above and mix again. Then cook in the brownie can.
STEP 4
Now comes the secret trick: push your finger 24 ROLOs in the herd 4 rows of 6 pieces side by side. These are going to melt in the oven, but the caramel stays and that is a mad twist in the recipe.
STEP 5
Put the tin in the oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes. Check with 25 minutes. If the middle is still a little 'drillerig', you still fry it 5 minutes longer.
STEP 6
Let the brownie cool and then cut into squares. Cut him to cut the ROLOs in half.
