BEFORE YOU START
Preheat to 180°C · 356°F
METHOD
STEP 1
1. Preheat the oven 180 degrees and coated a brownie can (my look is 28 x 18 cm) with a sheet of baking paper.
STEP 2
2. Chop the white chocolate into pieces (not too fine) and divide it over the bottom of the can. Then put in the freezer.
STEP 3
3. Melt the pure chocolate and butter au bain-marie or in a pan on low heat while stirring (do not let simmer). Then pour in a bowl and let cool.
STEP 4
4. Beat the eggs, bastard sugar and vanilla extract approximately 5 minutes by hand mixer or stand mixer. The mass will become extremely airy and at least double in volume.
STEP 5
5. Then spat the melted chocolate with butter through. It's important to do this quietly so you don't blow the air out.
STEP 6
6. Strain the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt above the mixture and spatula this also very quietly with the spatula.
STEP 7
7. Also chop the pecans and spatula together with the white chocolate from the freezer through the mixture.
STEP 8
8. Your batter is ready now. Pour it in the brownie shape (is the baking paper still in it?) and smooth the top.
STEP 9
9. Bake the brownies 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Let cool well and then you can attack! Or wait and put the can first covered for a few hours in the refrigerator to cool well and then cut into pieces. That's how I like these brownies best. As good as they look on the picture:-)[
STEP 10
Well, bake it! I can't wait to see what you think of the brownies. I just got the order from my eldest to bake them again, so I'll bake with you.
