BEFORE YOU START
Preheat to 180°C · 356°F
Prepare Springform pan
METHOD
STEP 1
Preheat the oven 180 degrees (top and bottom heat) and coated the bottom of a springform tin (diameter 24 - 26 With baking paper. Grease the edge slightly with oil or baking spray.
STEP 2
Mix the sunflower oil, eggs, bark sugar, milk and vanilla extract in a bowl and knock for a minute with a garde.
STEP 3
Then stir the self-raising baking flour, almond flour, pinch of salt and the spices with a spatula. It just needs to be properly mixed.
STEP 4
Create the batter in the springform tin and distribute evenly. Put the plums (with the cutting edge upwards) in the batter and push them with your fingers in a little bit, but not quite. Then sprinkle generously with almond shaving.
STEP 5
Bake the plum cake 40 - 45 minutes in the middle of the preheated oven. The cake is ready when you stick a satellite picker in the middle and it comes out clean. Then remove the cake from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack. I'd eat the first point if it's a little lukewarm, delicious!
BAKING DETAILS
I baked a delicious plum cake with almonds and spices that is smooth with a sweet, sour and spicy rush.
