Prepare Tart pan
METHOD
STEP 1
Bring a pan of water to the boil and place a bowl of ice water next to the sink. Cross the peaches and immerse them in boiling water for 10-15 seconds. Then skip directly into the ice water. Then you can easily subtract the sheets from the peaches. Half the peaches then and remove the pit. Then cut each half into 4 parts.
STEP 2
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease a round baking mould well, for example with baking spray.
STEP 3
Mix well in a bowl the flour, baking powder and salt. In another bowl you beat the butter loose with the cane sugar until the sugar is dissolved and you have a whitish and creamy mixture. For example, use a hand mixer. Then add the eggs 1 to 1 and knock briefly until mixed well. Finally, the milk is added. Then knock the flower until it is mixed. Your batter stays firm, but if it's too compact you add some extra milk.
STEP 4
Make the batter in the form and distribute evenly over the bottom. The peach slices are pressed with your fingers. Start with a piece of peach in the middle and put it in a circle as you work towards the edge. Push well into the batter.
STEP 5
Mix the cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl and sprinkle evenly over the top of the cake. Slide the baking tin into the oven and fry for 50-60 minutes. After a minute or 45, insert a sateplikker in the middle of the cake to check the diet. As soon as the picker comes out dry, the cake is cooked. Then remove from the oven and let cool until lukewarm. Delicious to eat like this, with vanilla ice cream or lumpy whipped cream.

In the middle of the peach season we make peach pie, of course. In this blog you will find the recipe for this with a fragrant cinnamon topping.
