METHOD
STEP 1
Preheat the oven 175 degrees (lower and upper heat) or 160 degrees (hot air).
STEP 2
Fat the baking forms with butter and cover the bottom with baking paper
STEP 3
Then beat the buttermilk with the eggs, the oil, vinegar and vanilla and put aside.
STEP 4
Mix the flour with the baking soda, cocoa and salt.
STEP 5
Mix the butter with the sugar with an electric mixer creamy and airy.
STEP 6
Lower the speed of the mixer and alternately add the flour mixture and buttermilk mixture.
STEP 7
Finally add the dye and mix until everything is well mixed.
STEP 8
Divide the batter over both shapes and bake the cakes 20 - 25 or until a sateplier comes out clean. Let cool.
STEP 9
Melt the chocolate for the frying in the microwave or au-bain marie. Put aside and stir occasionally. It must be completely cooled but still liquid.
STEP 10
Beat the butter at the highest position in about 15 minutes white and light.
STEP 11
Add the cream cheese little by little and then the vanilla and white chocolate.
STEP 12
Mix this into a light cream. If necessary, leave some stiffening in the refrigerator (slide through every half hour).
STEP 13
Distribute 1/3 of the frosting over the top of 1 cake and put the other cake on it.
STEP 14
Then brush the top and sides with the remaining frosting.
STEP 15
Press sprinkles on the side of the cake with your flat hand and decorate the top with chocolate holly leaves, chocolate Christmas figures and more sprinkles.
