Prepare Springform pan
METHOD
STEP 1
Preheat your oven 170 degrees.
STEP 2
Beat the eggs separately and grease the baking form.
STEP 3
Mix in a bowl the butter, self-growing baking flour, bastard sugar, vanilla sugar, pinch of salt and 1 Unknocked egg. Then knead well until a compact dough is created. Knead the dough well for such a 5 minutes. The dough should not be too dry but should not be too wet. It must be compact but not fall apart or almost unbreakable. Too dry? Then add some extra butter or egg. Too wet? Add some extra self-running baking flour.
STEP 4
Divide the dough into three parts and place it covered in the refrigerator.
STEP 5
Now make the cinnamon sugar by mixing the cinnamon with the sugar. Then peel the apples. You keep about one of those. 1250 gram after peeling. Then cut the apples into slices or cubes and mix with the cinnamon sugar and the nuts.
STEP 6
Get 1 part of the dough from the fridge and pollinate your greased baking form with some flour. Divide the dough over the bottom of the baking mould. For this you can roll out first with the rolling roll, then it goes faster and easier.
STEP 7
The same applies to the 2e dough part and you use it for the edges. Make sure the dough connects everywhere and is about as thick.
STEP 8
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the dough on the bottom, which absorbs the moisture from the apples and ensures that your soil does not become soggy.
STEP 9
Put the apple slices or cubes in the shape now. You can stack them very neatly, but that's not a must.
STEP 10
Remove the last part of dough from the refrigerator and roll it out. Cut these strips and cross them over the cake. Also save some strips to close the edges.
STEP 11
Brush with the second egg beaten the dough and then slide before 60 minutes in the oven. Then test with a sateplier if the cake is cooked. If it comes out dry, it's fine. Let the cake cool before you take it out of shape.
STEP 12
Hopefully you're going to enjoy this apple pie as much as I do often enough, and I'm sure I'm curious as to what your favorite variant is, so let me know in the comments.
