BEFORE YOU START
Prepare Springform pan
METHOD
STEP 1
Preparation time: 30 Minutes / Withdrawal period: 4 hours
STEP 2
Add the cookies to the stand mixer. Or put them in a ziplock bag and roll fine with a rolling pin. Then mix it with the melted butter. Cover a round springform tin with baking paper or grease well. Deposit the cookie mixture to the bottom, distribute evenly and pressure well. Move 30 minutes in the fridge.
STEP 3
Hold 9 marshmallows separately (of each color 3). Put the red and green both separately in a stempan and divide the white evenly. Pour in every pan 50ml of milk and bring to the boil slowly. Stir in both pans at the same time until the marshmallows are completely melted and you have a thick marshmallow liquid left. If you marshmallows from 1 color, you can use everything in 1 Melting pan.
STEP 4
Knock 200gr cream cheese with 250g full quark and 1Tl vanilla extract loose in a bowl. Pour in the green marshmallow mixture and stir well until everything is mixed and you no longer have lumps. Put this on the bottom and iron out. Repeat this exactly, but with the red marshmallow mixture. Scoop this on the green mixture and iron evenly. If you marshmallows from 1 color, you can mix everything together and create in the jump form.
STEP 5
If necessary, make another cartridge in the mixture with a satepicker. Deck and turn off at least 4 hour in the refrigerator. Divide the marshmallows in a desired pattern just before serving. Press each marshmallow something in the mixture. Make the cake even more festive by grating white chocolate over it.
