METHOD
STEP 1
Preparation time: 40 minutes + 75 minutes delay
STEP 2
Put the flour, almond flour, powdered sugar, salt and butter in a bowl. Mix to a crumbly dough. Add the egg to make it a coherent dough. Pack the dough in foil and leave at least 30 rest in the refrigerator for minutes.
STEP 3
Roll out the dough until 4-5 mm thickness. Use a stick that is a lot bigger than your baking rings to stick out a piece of dough. You can also cut a circle with a knife. Grease your baking cups, cover them with dough and cut away the excess dough.
STEP 4
Put the baking trays on a baking tray. Prick with a fork holes in the bottom.
STEP 5
Bake the tartelettes 12 to 15 minutes done 170 degrees.
STEP 6
Make the filling. Beat the cream stiff and mix in another bowl of sugar, vanilla extract and MonChou to a creamy mixture. Spatter the stiff whipped cream through it quietly. Put the filling in the refrigerator for at least half an hour to stiffen.
STEP 7
When the filling is stiff and the tartelettes are cooled, you can fill them. Divide the MonChou filling over the cake bottoms. Scoop on top of each cake about a tablespoon of cherry pie filling. You'll probably have a little left.
STEP 8
Tip: You can also make cherry pie filling yourself, I would definitely like to try when fresh cherries are back in the season.
