BEFORE YOU START
Preheat to 180°C · 356°F
METHOD
STEP 1
Mix with a garde the yeast and 25 grams of sugar in 2,5Luke's milk. Knock in another bowl the 4 eggs with 50 grams of sugar and 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence foamy. Then stir the yeast/milk mixture and the eggs. Stir 2 Full tablespoons of soft butter through. Then add the flour little by little, until a firm dough develops. Cover this with holding film, put a cloth over it and leave the dough 1 Hour rise in a warm room.
STEP 2
In the meantime, soak the raisins and dried grapes in rum. Or you do it the night before. Mix 125 grams of sugar with the cinnamon and place it separately. Cut the almonds into pieces and keep them.
STEP 3
Take a round baking tin and grease this well. Roll out half the dough on a flour-stained countertop or on a clean cloth and cover the baking tin with it. Cut off the excess edges; Keep these, you'll need them later.
STEP 4
Spread the dough generously with soft butter and sprinkle it with half the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Remove the raisins and dried grapes from the rum and store the rum. Sprinkle half of the dried grapes (without rum), the sukade slicers and almonds.
STEP 5
Roll out the rest of the dough (together with the leftovers of the edges) on the cloth. Try to do it as square as possible. Spread the dough lap generously with butter. Sprinkle the rest of the sugar-cinnamon mixture, raisins/currants, sukade and almonds. Then cut from top to bottom strips of about 4 cm wide of the dough. Fold them in length so that the filling is covered.
STEP 6
Now cut these strips into pieces of about 3 to 4 Inches long. Arrange these pieces in the form of a rose in the baking tin. So you put them together, with the cutting edges up and down! Start with the "heart" of the rose and work towards the edge of the baking tin until the baking tin is completely filled. Now fold the cutting edges neatly closed. And place the top dough edge of the baking tin upholstery neatly over it.
STEP 7
Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Melt the remaining butter and make a mixture with 25g sugar, 1dl milk and a tablespoon of vanilla essence. Apply the fiadoe with this mixture before it enters the oven.
STEP 8
Apply the fiadoe regularly with this mixture during baking. Bake the fiadoe 50 We'll have a few minutes. Then make sure it's cooked. If you stick a pin in the middle of the cake and take it out again, there must be just a little bit of dough attached to it. Let the cake cool completely in a warm room and sprinkle it with a little rum.
STEP 9
On the site for real tasty cups I saw an extra finishing tip:
STEP 10
Make a mixture of 1 dl lukewarm milk 50 grams of sugar and 2 The tablespoons of the rum you had left from the well. Sprinkle the fiadoe immediately after baking with this mixture and iron it out well. Wrap the fiadoe in aluminium foil and then in a bath towel and put it back in the oven, so it cools very slowly. Sprinkle the rest of the rum over the fiadoe when it is completely cooled.
