METHOD
STEP 1
At least the raisins and dried grapes 30 minutes in a cup of hot water. Then drain them and pat them dry.
STEP 2
Mix the flour with salt and sugar in a bowl. Melt the butter in a pan, turn off the fire and beat the milk through it together with the cocoa powder, yeast and orange zest.
STEP 3
Now you're gonna make the batter, this can be done with the stand mixer or by hand. Add the egg to the flour and pour the effervescent mineral water in a ray as you stir or let the stand mixer (at low position) do the work. Then mix the chocolate yeast mixture. Last, with a pollen spoon, put the raisins and dried grapes through.
STEP 4
Cover the bowl with a slightly damp cloth and place it near a heating. Late 60-90 minutes. About a quarter of an hour in advance you will heat the oil. On 180 degrees seems to be perfect for oil bulbs, but let's not have a deep-fried thermometer in my house so that was a little gambling. Use an ice pliers to make bubbles from your batter. Run these through the hot oil first and then through the batter.
STEP 5
Create Maximum 3 blobs at a time and let it slip gently into the hot oil. Oil bulbs you bake about 3 minutes per side, halfway to turn them with a fork. Then shovel them out of the oil with a foam chip and drain into a bowl or colander covered with baking paper. Bake all your bulbs like that.
STEP 6
Eat there immediately 2 Lukewarm up, 'cause then they're the best! With powdered sugar, of course. Oil bulbs can be stored 1-2 days in a sealed container or in plastic. So you warm up in the oven, leave the oven on on New Year's Eve 100 And then you can easily heat them up.
